SNETP Association - Secretariat Support
The Sustainable Nuclear Energy Technology Platform (SNETP) was established in September 2007 as a R&D&I platform to support and promote the safe, reliable and efficient operation of Generation II, III and IV civil nuclear systems.
Since May 2019 the SNETP has been operating as an international non-profit association (INPA) under the Belgian law pursuing a networking and scientific goals.
It is recognised as a European Technology and Innovation Platform (ETIP) by the European Commission.
The international membership base of the platform includes industrial actors, research and development organisations, academia, technical and safety organisations, SMEs as well as non-governmental bodies.
OUR ROLE
LGI supported the establishment of the SNETP early in 2009 and the creation of the SNETP Association in 2019. LGI actively supports the secretariat of the SNETP to ensure in particular:
- Administrative and financial management
- Animation of the members and stakeholders network
- Execution of the Communication strategy
- Support of technological pillars and technical committees
- Running Open Innovation Platform & Knowledge Repository
- Organisation of the annual General Assembly and Forum
