Green Week Partner Events Secretariat 2020

EU Green Week (GW) is the key annual event in the EU calendar to promote environmental policies and enhance their implementation through creating a community of engaged stakeholders and citizens. 

It represents the opportunity to debate and discuss the latest measures and initiatives with policymakers, leading environmentalists, industrial stakeholders and civil society from Europe and worldwide.

To mobilise the involvement and contribution from different sectors and countries, a series of events are organised by partner organisations across Europe in addition to the high level conference taking place in Brussels. 

• Overall coordination of the different stakeholders involved in the Green Week organisation (European Commission services, service providers, local organisers)
• Setting up of the registration platform for event organisers
• Dispatch of the goodies and promotional materials across Europe to different local organisers
• Building and implementing the communication campaign for wide promotion of the events towards relevant stakeholders
• Consolidation of key messages from the partner events
