Facilitation of an open innovation workshop facilitation on widening of services in civil nuclear sector

EGIS aims to develop an innovative position in the nuclear sector by opening up to a wider range of sectors of activity, on major civil engineering topics of the future and beyond. In this context, it launched an open innovation approach in order to involve its clients from the very beginning of the innovation process. The first open innovation challenge took place in Paris in October 2021 to implement this vision, co-design innovation roadmaps with innovations that demonstrate short-term operationality, transferability and deployment potential. LGI prepared and facilitated the 2 day workshop with 50 diverse participants: EGIS employees and high-level decision-makers, key nuclear clients (CEA, EDF) and experts and startups in the nuclear & other related sectors (construction, civil engineering, mobility).
