Innovation support to the evaluation of ADEME?s funding programme for energy efficient buildings technologies

As part of the recovery plan for the construction sector, the French public authorities wished to support a collective mobilisation of actors to modernise the sector, enhance the increase of skills, improve quality and reduce costs in new construction and renovation.  the French Minister of Housing, Regional Equality and Rurality, launched in 2009 a Programme of Action for the Quality of Construction and Energy Transition (PACTE) that allocated almost 12M€ on energy-efficient building projects during 2009-2015 in the areas of heating and cooling, hot water, lighting and ventilation. Once the programme ended, the French Agency for Ecological Transition (ADEME) contracted LGI for the evaluation of its funding programme and recommendations to adapt its future funding actions.
