Platform based on Emerging and Interoperable Applications for enhanced Decommissioning processes

The project demonstrated an innovative digitally enhanced approach for selected key tasks related to dismantling and decommissionning (D&D) in real life examples in various demonstration sites in Europe (Norway, France, Spain, Germany).

The PLEIADES platform integrates cutting-edge digital support tools into a building information modelling (BIM), optimising and facilitating the D&D process and leading to coordinated actions. It allows also retrieving and connecting data and calculating simulation results regarding scenario feasibility, waste estimation, radiation exposure, cost and duration.

• Support to the coordinator for the proposal set up
• Support to the coordinator and the consortium as project management office (PMO)
• Leadership of the communication and dissemination activities
• Co-animation of the strategic allignment among R&D and industrial partners (and SMEs) for the project results exploitation
• Contribution to the study on the replicability potential towards non-nuclear sectors
